This is a three-hour journey drenched in embodied experiencing. A space where presence matters more than performance.
This immersion weaves the arts of yin yoga, women’s circle, temple rites and dance. Taking us into the depths to discover what we are capable of embodying, expressing and moving.
Come and remember what’s possible when women gather – in circle, in rhythm, in truth
It’s not about staging a false paradise, but remembering that paradise happens when we are free to be real – not shunned, shamed, or pathologized.
Spirituality is not an escape, it is a dare to meet all of life – grief, joy, anger, tenderness, ecstasy, and remain totally present and embodied in the midst of it.
There is no forced intimacy, no catharsis required, no pressure to perform emotionally or physically. You are always sovereign in your participation.
We gather because we dare to be moved by life.
Together we sit in truth and feel into what’s ready to be spoken rather than what we think should be said.
We allow the alchemy of the circle to contain what’s revealed instead of taking home what is not ours to take.
Inspired by ecstatic dance and 5-rhythms, experience music that takes us through our shared humanity.
Move and meet others on the dance floor and explore the full spectrum of rhythms that mirrors life. Life is art.
Yin yoga invites us into a more embodied state by integrating the physical body with the subtle world.
Strengthen your relationship with the discomfort that opens you up to receive more life.
Drop deeper into presence and stillness, and rest, digest, and allow insights to flow through.
Receive a multi-sensorial integration ritual and bathe in a soundscape that soothes your body and soul.

“Gabriella’s one of the most real and raw humans that I’ve worked with. No masks, no postures.
That’s a sign of someone who has pushed her own limits, done the inner work and trespassed the cultural programming of the patriarchy.
Her work is transgressive, and that for me is very needed in these times of great disillusions and illuminations.”
– Maia Balam
Gabriella is a trauma-informed somatic expression artist and facilitator.
She brings inspiration and skills from a long career as a performer, artist, therapist, priestess and facilitator of transformation.
Her work initiates women back into their holy humanity — creating spaces where art, embodiment, and psychological depth meet lived experience. She is not here to teach you who to be, but to create a space where that question loosens its grip.
Her practice sits at the crossroads of mythopoetic lineage, dark feminine wisdom, shadow work, yin yoga, and anti-pathology, trauma-informed approaches.
Often described as better than therapy by those who experience her work, Gabriella creates spaces that are grounded, relational, non-judgemental, and alive – where women can return to their truest selves, leaving behind the need to be fixed or managed.
“Put down the books.
The feminine is an embodied tradition.
It happens in the here and now.
Quiet your mind and drop back into your nature.
It’s here where you will find her.
Transmissions are a felt experience.
Life. Zest. Orgasmic breath.
Always swirling. Never controlling.
Fully immersed. Fully here.
In the beauty and mess of all this.”
Gabriella may offer intuitive guidance or energetic support during the session. This is always optional and responsive to the moment. Your boundaries and autonomy are respected at all times, and you are free to decline any interaction. Physical contact will only occur with clear consent.
TCM is the basis of Yin Yoga. It stands for Traditional Chinese Medicine. You can expect a foundational explanation of the meridians and elemental systems to accompany our yin practice .
None at all. This is not a dance class. Movement is intuitive and guided by your own body.
The space will be held primarily in English.
You’re warmly welcome if English isn’t your language because much of the experience moves beyond words, through music, movement and presence.
Gabriella speaks Portuguese and can offer help if needed, though the space isn’t formally translated.
Movement is encouraged, but participation looks different for everyone. You are welcome to move gently, rest, or simply be present.
Yes. This circle is held specifically for women to gather in a shared, supportive environment.
Sharing is always optional. Listening is just as welcome as speaking.
Something you feel inspired to move in: comfortable, breathable that allows you to sit on the floor if needed.
Layers are recommended, as body temperature can change during movement.
AND! Don’t be shy to wear your most radiant self.
