2 x 90 MINUTES SESSIONS PER MONTH – Deep and spacious sessions with time to move through insight, emotional processing, embodiment and grounding without rushing the work.
ONGOING SUPPORT – Voice note and text support between sessions during working hours, so the work can be integrated into real life as it unfolds.
- BESPOKE INTEGRATION ASSIGNMENTS – Intuitively crafted practices, rituals and experiences designed around your actual life and capacity.
CLOSING CEREMONY – One final session after the journey concludes to integrate and honour the transformation that has taken place.
