Gabriella Mazure

Somewhere between a women’s circle, a dance floor, and a Parisian salon. An experience that resists easy definition.

For women craving something more than talking…

A three-hour journey drenched in embodied experiencing. A grounded space where presence matters more than performance.

We will start with Yin Yoga to attune to our body’s deeper intelligence. From there, the circle forms, where voices can be shared and something real can take shape, and when the moment ripens, the music carries us into movement, into expression, the kind that emerges after the voice was allowed to move and the body is allowed to lead.

Come and remember what’s possible when women gather to move and feel with permission – in circle, in rhythm, in truth.

Not just a women’s circle, but an evening of embodied dance, yin alchemy, music, temple arts and presence in Lisbon.

The Circle

Together we sit in truth within energetic and emotional boundaries and feel what’s ready to be spoken rather than what we think should be said.

Our agreement is that we allow the alchemy of the circle to contain what’s revealed and not take home what is not ours to take.

Our Dance

Between ecstatic dance, 5-rhythms and authentic movement, experience music that journeys us through our shared humanity.

An invitation to move and meet others on the dance floor and explore the full spectrum of rhythms that mirrors life itself. Life as art.

Yin Alchemy

Yin Yoga invites us to move beyond the physical into the subtle body – strengthening our relationship with the discomfort that opens us up to receive more life.

This deeper dive into ourselves opens the gates to a more embodied state. No yin yoga experience needed.

Closure

A gentle closing inspired by Temple Arts. A nurturing space to rest, digest, and allow insights to flow through. Receive the magic of stillness with a soundbath that soothes your body and soul.

With a small sharing at the end to ground, you’re welcome to share as little or as much as you like.

THE MOVER'S PARADISE
IS A DARE TO BE MOVED BY LIFE

This is not about staging a false paradise, but remembering that paradise becomes possible when we are free to be real – not shunned, shamed, or pathologized.

Spirituality is not an escape from life, it is a dare to meet all of it – grief, joy, anger, tenderness, ecstasy – and remain present, embodied, in the midst of it.

There is no forced intimacy, no catharsis required, no pressure to perform emotionally or physically. You are always sovereign in your participation.

We gather because we dare to be moved by life.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• CONSENSUAL GUIDANCE THROUGHOUT
• A TRAUMA-INFORMED & NON-PATHOLOGICAL APPROACH
• MUSIC THAT WILL MOVE YOUR OCEANIC NATURE
• AN ELECTRIC DANCE FLOOR TO MOVE AS YOU ARE
• THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPRESS YOURSELF FULLY
• SPACE TO SHARE & LISTEN DEEPLY
• PRESENCE, NOT PRESSURE

You’re in the right place if you:
  • want to meet other women in a grounded way
  • crave something physical, real and human
  • are tired of pretending and pleasing
  • feel over-processed and under-inhabited
  • want to move and speak your truth without being judged or corrected
  • are drawn to embodied, mythopoetic, and somatic spaces
  • sense there is wisdom in your body you want to reconnect with
  • want to ignite your creativity and self-expression
This is NOT for you if you want:
  • self-improvement frameworks that spiritually bypass reality
  • spaces that reduce everything to personal failure or “mindset issue” while ignoring trauma and systemic realities
  • formal dance training (no dance experience is needed)
  • fixing and striving for perfection

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:

Gabriella is a trauma-informed somatic expression artist and facilitator.

She brings inspiration and skills from a long career as a performer, artist, therapist, priestess and facilitator of transformation.

Her work initiates women back into their holy humanity — creating spaces where art, embodiment, and psychological depth meet lived experience. She is not here to teach you who to be, but to create a space where that question loosens its grip.

Her practice sits at the crossroads of mythopoetic lineage, dark feminine wisdom, shadow work, yin yoga, and anti-pathology, trauma-informed approaches.

Often described as better than therapy by those who experience her work, Gabriella creates spaces that are grounded, relational, non-judgemental, and alive — where women can return to their truest selves, leaving behind the need to be fixed or managed.

“Gabriella’s one of the most real and raw humans that I’ve worked with. No masks, no postures.
That’s a sign of someone who has pushed her own limits, done the inner work and trespassed the cultural programming of the patriarchy.
Her work is transgressive, and that for me is very needed in these times of great disillusions and illuminations.”

– Maia Balam

“Put down the books.
The feminine is an embodied tradition.
It happens in the here and now.
Quiet your mind and drop back into your nature.
It’s here where you will find her.
Transmissions are a felt experience.
Life. Zest. Orgasmic breath.
Always swirling.  Never controlling.
Fully immersed. Fully here.
In the beauty and mess of all this.”
