WHAT. HAPPENS. IN.THIS.JOURNEY?

This is a 1:1 in-person session held in a private space over three hours.

A reweaving. An experience that doesn’t just happen to you — it happens through you.

It is a fluid process — guided not by protocol but by what your body reveals in the moment. 

Expect an intuitive journey that may include:

  • Embodied presence & somatic listening

  • Intuitive touch, anointing & womb attunement

  • Vocal sound, breath, and movement

  • Trauma-informed guidance, and deep witnessing

  • Shadow work and emotional alchemy

  • Energy work and Magdalene transmission

     

You may find yourself crying. Laughing. Remembering something ancient you didn’t know you’d forgotten. Feeling waves of sensation or long-held emotion. Or dropping into a kind of silence that feels more like truth than words ever could.

It is important that I hereby share that I was initiated during the training ‘Sacred Body Awakening’ by Aletheia Sophia, in the south of France after cinematic synchronicities. This lineage is from the Magdalene & Gnostic traditions.

I also must take full responsibility that I have since developed and expanded this work into my own, adding mythopoetic landscapes, shadow work, and developing it into my unique methodology.

What kind of ceremony is this?

This ceremony is an initiation, an activation and a rite of passage. It is a very safe space to process emotions and bring you back to your heart centred feeling world. Your intention is truly what fuels the process and purpose.

Will my whole body be touched?

This will be decided by you and only you. You will be encouraged to come to your edge and no further. There is no one to impress and taking one false step can be more damaging than taking none at all. All boundaries will be addressed for the safest space possible.

Do I need to be fully nude?

This will be decided by you and only you. The intention is to remember our innocence and our sacredness in every inch of our body. All boundaries will be addressed for the safest space possible.

Is this a yoni massage?

Not internal. Externally it may be touched depending on your boundaries and permission. This will be determined by you and only you. This is a full body immersion, and it is not focused only on one area of your body. All bodies; emotional, energetic, spiritual and physical will be activated for absolution.

I’ve never done something like this — will I be safe?

Yes. Gabriella has years of experience holding ceremonial, somatic, and transformational space for women. You will be met where you are — no pressure, no performance.

Will I need to book more than one session?

This ceremony usually works as a one off, however, the temple is always open to welcome you back whenever you feel the call.

How may I feel after the session?

Women describe the days and weeks after as a blooming. Old patterns unravel with more ease. Relationships shift. Energy flows where it was once stuck. You meet yourself anew. I always advise to ensure enough time and space after the ceremony for your integration so you can have enough intimacy with what arises. Why is there a coaching session included two weeks later?

Because Gabriella feels it is essential for integration. The ceremony itself is non-linear and I believe it is important to ground the work for a cohesive mind-body connection.

Is this a sexual healing session?

While this work may awaken erotic energy, it is not sexual in nature. It is reverent, boundaried, and always trauma-informed. Consent, sovereignty, and deep care are at the heart of everything.
