This three-hour event will be drenched in embodied experiencing – a grounded space to share with others what is real and ready to be seen without the pressure to perform, be fixed, or explain yourself.
We will start with Yin Yoga to attune to our body’s wisdom, then move into the circle where transformation happens and finalising on the dance floor to surrender to the movement that emerges when the body is allowed to lead and the voice is allowed to move.
Come and remember what is possible when women gather with music, presence, intention and permission to simply be – in circle, in rhythm, in truth.
A women’s circle where we sit in truth within energetic and emotional boundaries to both; feel what’s ready to be spoken rather than what we think should be; and not take home other women’s stories.
Our agreement is that what’s revealed stays in the space, allowing the alchemy of the circle to contain.
Carefully curated music that guides us through our shared humanity. A soundscape that resonates with what’s showing up, helping us express our truth.
Without pressure but fully encouraged, you’re invited to move and meet others on the dance floor. From edgy to gentle music, mirroring the full spectrum of life.
Functional yin yoga invites us to move deeper into the layers of our physical and subtle bodies, releasing myofascial tension whilst strengthening our relationship with the discomfort that opens us up to receive more life.
This deeper dive into ourselves opens the gates to a more embodied state. No yoga experience needed.
A taster of Temple Arts to hold your experience. A nurturing space to rest and digest, and allow insights to flow through. Receive the magic of stillness and a soundbath that soothes your body and soul.
A small sharing at the end will take place to help us ground. You’re welcome to share as little or as much as you like.
This is not about staging a false paradise, but remembering that paradise becomes possible when we are free to be real – not shunned, shamed, or pathologized.
Spirituality here is not escape. It is a dare to embody all of life – grief, rage, joy, tenderness, ecstasy – and remain present, embodied, in the midst of it.
There is no forced intimacy, no catharsis required, no pressure to perform emotionally or physically. You are always sovereign in your participation.
We gather because we dare to be moved by life.

Put down the books. The feminine is an embodied tradition.
It happens in the here and now.
Quiet your mind and drop back into your nature.
It’s here where you will find her.
Transmissions are a felt experience.
Life. Zest. Orgasmic breath.
Always swirling. Never controlling.
Fully immersed. Fully here.
In the beauty and mess of all this.
Gabriella is a trauma-informed somatic expression artist and facilitator.
She brings inspiration and skills from a long career as a performer, artist, therapist, priestess and facilitator of transformation.
Her work initiates women back into their holy humanity — creating spaces where art, embodiment, and psychological depth meet lived experience.
Her practice sits at the crossroads of mythopoetic lineage, dark feminine wisdom, shadow work, yin yoga, and anti-pathology, trauma-informed approaches.
Often described as better than therapy by those who experience her work, Gabriella creates spaces that are grounded, relational, non-judgemental, and alive — where women can return to their truest selves, leaving behind the need to be fixed or managed.
“Gabriella’s one of the most real and raw humans that I’ve worked with. No masks, no postures.
That’s a sign of someone who has pushed her own limits, done the inner work and trespassed the cultural programming of the patriarchy.
Her work is transgressive, and that for me is very needed in these times of great disillusions and illuminations.”
– Maia Balam

None at all. This is not a dance class. Movement is intuitive and guided by your own body.
Movement is encouraged, but participation looks different for everyone. You are welcome to move gently, rest, or simply be present.
Gabriella may offer intuitive guidance or energetic support during the session. This is always optional and responsive to the moment. Your boundaries and autonomy are respected at all times, and you are free to decline any interaction. Physical contact will only occur with clear consent.
Yes. This circle is held specifically for women to gather in a shared, supportive environment.
Absolutely. Many women attend solo. The space is designed to feel welcoming whether you come alone or with a friend/s.
Sharing is always optional. Listening is just as welcome as speaking.
Tickets are non-refundable, as places are limited.
If something unexpected arises, you are welcome to transfer your ticket. Just let us know beforehand.
We begin promptly to create a safe, contained space for everyone.
If you arrive late, entry may not be possible once the session has started.
