Our mental health is not to be pathologized, but looked as a sign that our bodies are yearning to wake up.

I’ll quite boldly state that pop spirituality is selling narcissistic traits that dissociate us from real empathy.
The weaponisation of spiritual tools and jargon used by practitioners and other community members when they feel any discomfort is alarming. These manipulative tactics ensures that their beliefs overshadows another’s own natural intuition. A classic power-over, saviour complex, and cult like grooming dynamic.
Many leave the spiritual world traumatised or re-traumatised or in an endless search for the next tool that will finally ‘save them’ from their natural human responses such as healthy sensations, feelings and emotions.
Quick-fix spiritual slogans aren’t a one size fits all ‘solution’. All truths are half-truths. Without proper contextualization, critical thinking, and deeply anchoring into our authentic embodied sensorial landscape, we limit ourselves to becoming receptors of memorized regurgitation, untouched by the profundity that integration beholds.
Embodiment offers you the space to hold paradoxes. Find your sense of self and hold another’s with empathy.
We’re hardwired to connect, yet many are afraid of the vulnerability forged in truth and holy messiness, avoiding healthy conflicts (not confusing this with abuse) that are actually a portal for creativity, innovation and true intimacy.
Life’s hardships has nothing to do with your ‘vibration’. It’s our relationship to these experiences that is the key.
A spiritual life reflects our earth and nature, where we learn to navigate all the seasons with an open heart whilst connected to others.
The true feminine ignites the intelligence of her body, as she bleeds, as she aches, and as she utters orgasmically. She doesn’t judge herself or another’s authentic experience, she leans in bravely to the gateway of our deepest wisdom.

MY METHODOLOGY:
The feminine path is an oral tradition; therefore, transmissions are delivered in the moment within a particular context. When we dogmatise or black and white teachings it risks becoming distorted, misused, weaponised and with stagnant life force. This is why I choose to teach this program live and raw, fully inhabiting every unique container as needs be.
My intention is for you not to accumulate & hoard information but rather surrender to the field’s intelligence. Rather than information, we will awaken the innate inner wisdom we all carry. It just needs some space to breathe. When we get out of the way and allow life force to flow, that which needs to show up will do so organically.
The emotional work I offer is trauma informed, which means we lean in slowly with reverence, titrating, dipping toes, organically expanding our capacity to feel more and more. Everyone is unique and it’s important to acknowledge our natural boundaries and move from there. You won’t be pushed, but only encouraged towards what can be sustained. We work in the pace needed. There is nobody to impress.

The tools I use are anything from visual meditations, prayers and activations, embodiment, mentoring, dance journeys, temple arts, rituals, art references, literature, poetry and whatever is called forth, as we follow the path and watch it unfold.
